Shipping

At this stage we are only able to offer shipping within Australia.

Standard shipping via Australia Post - $9.95

Express Shipping via Australia Post - $15

Express Shipping + Rush Fee via Australia Post - $30

(Rush Fee, does not guarantee next day delivery)

 

In-stock items

In-stock items will be dispatched during our weekly "post run." If you require faster dispatch, please select the Express Shipping + Rush Fee option at check out and your order will be dispatched the next business day. Please note, the rush fee does not guarantee next day delivery.

Pre-Order items

 All pre-order items have an estimated shipping time listed. Please note that your order will only be dispatched once ALL of your order items are in stock.

Digital download items

 Digital downloads will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after purchase. Please allow up to 5 minutes for your download link to reach you and be sure to check your spam folder. If your download link doesn't not reach you, please email us at galaxygirl@australiagalaxypageants.com for assistance.

Please note that all digital download products are non-refundable and are protected by the Copyright Act of 1968.

We want you to love your items just as much as we do so if something isn't quite right you can return it for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
